Expansion of Blue Marlin Realty Group's Team

We are proud to announce the expansion of Blue Marlin Realty Group's team with the addition of new Realtors, Rick Moore and Shaun Gaiser. 

Realtor Rick Moore is a native of Destin, Florida. Born and raised in the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village and the great grandson of Destin’s Founder, William T. Marler, Moore truly knows Destin. Rick served in the US Army as a Military Policeman for six years and is an elected Destin Fire Control District Commissioner. In addition to selling real estate with Blue Marlin Realty Group, Moore is the co-owner of Paddle Destin, a stand up paddleboard group, which gives back to the community through fundraisers throughout the year for local organizations. With over 20 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) consultative sales in the rental uniform industry, Moore was awarded numerous company sales and service awards for excellence.  His strong background in customer service management and his ability to listen to what the customer is looking for makes him a natural fit for Real Estate sales.

Originally from Panama City Beach, Florida, Blue Marlin Realty’s newest Realtor, Shaun Gaiser, was drawn to Destin after numerous visits. Gaiser ran track for the University of Alabama where he graduated with a degree in Human Environmental Science. No stranger to the business, Gaiser sold real estate for over 3 years throughout the Panama City Beach area. In addition to his position as a Realtor in Panama City Beach, Gaiser was also a personal trainer and the owner and operator of a jet ski rental and dolphin tour business. As a new Blue Marlin Realty Group Realtor, Gaiser is eager to make a name for himself in the Destin market.
