After moving to Destin, Florida, in 1990, Paula Beauchemin fell in love with the real estate industry, buying, selling, and building custom homes in Destin. She has been a licensed Realtor for over 10 years and a licensed Mortgage Banker for three years. Beauchemin loves working with people and assisting them in achieving their goals, whether it’s a first time home buyer, primary residence, second home or investment property.

Donna Clark was drawn to the Gulf Coast in 1994 by the warm weather, beautiful beaches, and friendly people. With a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership, two beautiful daughters, a supportive husband and 20 years experience of owning her own business, Clark feels she is ready and able to assist community members in making these important life decisions.
"I am excited about being part of the Century 21 Blue Marlin family and all the great plans Jerry and Johnathan have for the future of the group,” explained Clark.
A native of the Emerald Coast, Steve Clark grew up in Fort Walton Beach and graduated from University of West Florida with a double major in Biology and Math. Clark had been a successful small business owner for the past 10 years and a National Association of Realtors member. Clark enjoys spending his free time biking down 30A and stand up paddleboarding (SUP) in the Gulf of Mexico.

Shannon Helmuth moved to Destin, Florida, from North Little Rock, Arkansas, with her family as a child. Shortly after she moved to Destin she graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. Helmuth fell in love with the area and decided that the Emerald Coast would be her new home. She ran Sea Breeze Cleaning Company while working in the service industry and has received high sales for over 5 years in the service industry.
“Being given this opportunity to work for a company as successful as Century 21 Blue Marlin gives me much joy and excitement. Living in this area for as long as I have and watching this place grow gives me enthusiasm to be a part of something so brilliant,” Helmuth remarked.
Originally from the suburbs of the Chicago area, Victoria Hughes moved to Florida in 1983 where she has worked in the real estate industry for 29 years. Hughes served as President of Canopy Crossing Property Owners Association from 2012 to 2015, and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer at Gulf Cemetery in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Hughes has received the Five Diamond Top Producer Award as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club award. Hughes comes to Century 21 Blue Marlin as a Team Leader of Team Summer Place at the 30A office.
“My experience covers all aspects of the real estate industry to include sales, development, property management, and Home Owners Association,” Hughes explained. “As a new Broker Associate of Century 21 Blue Marlin, I bring over 19 years of experience.”
Paul Malsky, a respected retinal surgeon, practiced medicine in Albany, Georgia, for thirty years, while investing in Florida Real Estate over a twenty-year span with a keen focus on Northwest Florida. Following graduation from the Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas, Paul practiced in Killeen, Texas, for six years before doing fellowship work in Little Rock and Memphis. He subsequently settled in Albany, Georgia, where he spent the majority of his practice years. He and his wife, Jan, fell in love with the area the first time they visited - so much so that they maintained a home in Destin for the past 20 years. Today, Paul and Jan have made the Emerald Coast their permanent residence. Paul became a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida. Though Malsky is new to the real estate profession, he has bought and sold condos, homes, and lots in Destin and along Scenic Highway 30A. Malsky specializes in Residential, Investment, and First Time Buyers.
“During my years of medical practice, I always focused completely on my patients’ best interest. I now bring that commitment, as well as my attention to detail to the practice of real estate,” explained Malsky. “It would be my privilege to assist people in achieving their real estate goals, however grand or modest.”
