It Is Better To Give Than To Receive

Spreading Holiday Spirit to the Sacred Heart Hospital Emergency Room Children

The popular expression "it is better to give than to receive," is one that truly came to life for all of us at Blue Marlin Realty Group this Holiday season. 

Generous donations of toys were made from November thru the end of December at the Blue Marlin Realty Group office. Thanks to the Porsche Club of Destin and the giving members of our emerald coast community, we were able to collect over 100 toys to donate to the Sacred Heart Hospital emergency room.

In hopes to make a trip to the emergency room a little less stressful over the Holidays, we donated a box full of a variety of toys from stuffed animals, to barbies, to tractors and toy pets! Children who visited the hospital over the holiday season were greeted with a toy to keep their Christmas spirit alive and distract them from the reason they were spending the holidays in the emergency room. This year because of the abundant number of toy donations, siblings of children visiting the emergency room were also able to receive a toy to bring them some joy!

This has truly become one of our favorite Holiday traditions at Blue Marlin Realty Group and we cannot thank all of you enough for bringing toys by and helping us bring smiles to children faces in the Sacred Heart emergency room!
