The Water Melon Patch is an adorable home located in the
heart of the Crystal Beach area. The house is spacious and can easily sleep 13
comfortably. If you have elderly guests vacationing with you the first floor is
wheel chair accessible and will have everything available for them on this first
floor. No need to climb any stairs!
The master bedroom is located on the first floor as well as
the kitchen, dining area and living room. A large, fully-equipped laundry room
is located right off the kitchen for your convenience. The second floor features
two guest bedrooms with a full bed and double twin beds. The third floor is a
perfect kids play room with an open loft with two twin bunks!
Outside is perfect for relaxing and grilling out with the
family. If you’re a boat lover, this is the house for you. This home has a boat
slip available for your own personal use on the Destin Harbor!
