Recently, Century 21 Blue Marlin has been introducing you to our agents every Monday as a part of #MeetYourAgentMonday! With so many incredible team members, we can't wait for you to meet each and every one of them. Let's recap some of our agents that have been featured, each one of them is passionate about Real Estate and would love to help you buy or sell your next house!

First, we met Mike Johnson, one of the newest members of the Century 21 Blue Marlin team! Originally from El Campo, Texas, Johnson graduated from Texas A&M and owned his own IT business for ten years. But, Johnson and his family fell in love with the Destin area after vacationing there for 18 years, and they finally made the move to the Emerald Coast. While new to the real estate business, Johnson is already a dedicated team member at Century 21 Blue Marlin! "I love meeting new people, showing them properties and seeing the excitement in their faces as they realize this could be their new home," Johnson said.

This friendly approach has enabled Johnson to set himself apart from other realtors, and it is why he is an incredible member of the Century 21 Blue Marlin team. Johnson is too humble to admit his success, and he credits his clients as his motivation to be the best. Because he owned his own business, Johnson uses past experiences to put his clients first and help them in all their Real Estate needs.

Next, meet Jacqui Luberto! Like Johnson, she is also a new member of Century 21 Blue Marlin. Luberto grew up in Pensacola, Florida and has continued to choose the Panhandle as her home. Her knowledge of the area has allowed her to excel as a realtor! Although she is relatively new to the business, Luberto has always had a passion for Real Estate. "I have tried on a number of career hats and finally decided to go back to what I always wanted to do--become a real estate agent," said Luberto.

While Luberto has lived in multiple places on the Emerald Coast, her favorite place to live and work is in the "Heart of Destin". "Winding road, big oaks, and water views from almost every angle! It gives us a glimpse, in many ways, of how the area looked years ago. It's where I live now and where I plan to stay," said Luberto. With the help of Luberto, you too can live like a local in the beautiful place we call home!

Meet Kate Mast, another of our incredible talented agents! Mast has been a part of our team for a while now, but she still continues to wow us with her dedication to her clients! Located in the Navarre/Gulf Breeze area, Mast successfully navigates a career as a Real Estate agent, as well as that of a small business owner!

Mast is the owner of Crave Cupcakes, and she is also the co-owner of Average Joe's CrossFit! She brings her experiences with these two business to aid her as a Real Estate agent. "I am proud of what each of these companies has accomplished over the last couple years and am eager to see what's around the corner," said Mast.

Nick Collins, another #MeetYourAgentMonday participator, works as a Real Estate agent in order to help other military families find the perfect home. "My entire life has been devoted to helping others, so if there is any opportunity to give back to the community, you'll see me there. Real estate is just another way for me to be involved," said Collins.

Collins goes above and beyond by working as a Real Estate agent while continuing to be active duty. Because he is so busy, he knows how important your time is to you, so he will only show you homes that meet your criteria and price range!

And last but not least is Doreen Baca! A world class traveler, Baca uses her knowledge of the different places she has lived in order to help her clients find the perfect home. The longest place she has lived is on the Emerald Coast, which is why she is such an excellent member of the Century 21 Blue Marlin team!

Century 21 Blue Marlin Grows Team by Five Agents

Century 21 BlueMarlin is pleased to announce that five new agents have joined its firm.

"We are thrilled to have Mike Johnson, Mike LaBay, Jacqui Luberto, Sandra Suber and PresleySullivan join our team," said Jerry Sullivan, Broker/Owner of Century 21Blue Marlin. "It’s an exciting time to be with Century 21 Blue Marlin as we increase our market presence in Northwest Florida."

Raised in a great small town of El Campo, Texas and a graduate from Texas A&M, Mike Johnson and his wife always wanted to live on the Emerald Coast. After 18 years of vacationing with their family, they made the move to Destin in July 2015 where they opened their business venture, Destination Segway Tours, Inc. Previously, Johnson spent 20 years in IT (Information Technology) and ten years owning his own business.

Although new to the real estate industry, Johnson loves the opportunity to help people find their dream home, meeting new people and introducing them to the area.

“I love the company culture at Century 21 Blue Marlin. Everyone has been so welcoming and I couldn’t have made a better choice of companies to affiliate with,” Johnson explained. “I look forward to helping my clients live the dream here on the Emerald Coast.”

Having traded in their winter boots for flip flops, MikeLaBay and his wife moved to the Emerald Coast three years ago and haven’t looked back since. With a degree from Moraine Valley Community College, LaBay previously worked in Pharmacy Dispensing Automation Operations, Project Management and Long Term Care Pharmacy Automation Sales. Having cultivated a decade worth of sales experience, LaBay has carried over his experience into his new role as a sales associate at Century 21 Blue Marlin.

“If you are a local looking to buy or sell or someone looking to move to the Emerald Coast, I can help you,” LaBay stated. “Buying and selling a home is an incredible experience and I would like to be a part of yours.”

Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Jacqui Luberto left the Emerald Coast for a brief period as she received her schooling from University of Alabama at Birmingham and Trident University. Luberto garnered more than 20 years of experience cultivating relationships while a civilian employee of the Air Force and a Marketing Manager at ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals Northwest Florida. With her local knowledge of the Emerald Coast, community involvement and background in sales and marketing, Luberto is qualified to take on her new role as a Century21 Blue Marlin agent.

“I am thrilled to be a part of such a prestigious group of locals and industry experts, as well as the Century 21 brand,” Luberto stated, “My experiences have brought me to this point and I believe it is the perfect fit for me. I can’t wait to help families, investors and military members find the perfect place to call home.”

Having moved from Georgia to Destin, Florida three years ago, Sandra Suber brings with her years of sales experience. With experience in Luxury automobile sales and finance and luxury motor coach sales, Suber is excited to move away from helping families stay on the go to helping families settle down on the Emerald Coast. Suber is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.

“I am passionate about the Emerald Coast and all this area has to offer.” Suber stated, “I’m so excited to be able to serve this area as a member of the Century 21 Blue Marlin team.”

Originally from Loganville, Georgia, PresleySullivan recently moved to the Emerald Coast to pursue her real estate career. Having spent many summers in Destin, Sullivan is familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Sullivan graduated with honors from Faith Academy in 2014. Before her move to Destin, Sullivan has worked at family-owned country store, Boss Brothers while pursuing a country music career. Sullivan joins the Century21 Blue Marlin team as a Guest Services Agent.

“Real estate may be a far jump from a country store and a music career, but seeing my dad, Jerry Sullivan, do what he does has intrigued me,” Sullivan explained, “I am so excited to join the Century 21 Blue Marlin team in Guest Services and take my first steps into my own real estate career. I expect to face many new tasks and learning experiences on my new journey in the business, but I'm ready to take them on!”
