October 2011 after being stationed at Eglin Air Force Base with the Marine
Corps. Having joined the Marine Corps in 2006 following graduation, Collins
worked as a structures and hydraulic mechanic on the F-18 fighter aircraft
until 2011 when he was chosen to learn and work on the F-35 “B” STOVL Fighter
aircraft before introducing the aircraft to the US Marine Corps fleet. Still an
active duty service member, Collins’s experience lends well to his real estate
career. “After moving to the Emerald Coast with my family,
I developed a true appreciation for the area’s strong military connection,”
Collins explains. “I look forward to working with both military and civilian
customers who love the area as much as I do. My new position with Century21 Fine Homes & Estates Blue Marlin gives
me the opportunity to make a positive impact outside of my military career.”
From Niceville,
Florida, Bill Lofé is familiar with the Emerald Coast. He is a graduate of
Niceville High School and the University of Florida. Previously, Lofé was a broker's assistant and licensed sales associate for two
years and considers himself an expert on condominiums in the Destin area. Lofé
views Destin as being the epitome of what consumers expect. Lofé is determined
to exceed expectations on a daily basis.
“I am here to be a winner. I wouldn't work for
a broker that wasn't a winner. I am looking forward to working with Century
21 Fine Homes & Estates Blue Marlin, a brokerage that
is synonymous with excellence in the Destin market,” Lofé explains.
Born in Valparaiso, Florida, Philip Lofé has
lived on the Emerald Coast his entire life. At the age of 21, Lofé became a

Broker Associate with Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Blue Marlin, Lofé
understands that buyers and sellers rely on his expertise and 30 years of real
estate experience. “I am a true believer that ALL things happen
for a reason. I started my career with Century 21 in 1979. I think it is
remarkable that I would end my career with Century 21 Fine Homes & EstatesBlue Marlin,” Lofé explains. “I feel that I have found my final work family!”
